Jennifer Torey Lindgren
Jennifer began her studies in jewellery design and fabrication at NSCAD under Norwegian Jeweller Christian Gaudernack. Jennifer continued her studies a Sheridan College and then spent a year apprenticing before moving onto independent work and artist residencies.
Jennifer’s designs are inspired by nature and her fluid lines echo the body part it will be worn on. Often surfaces are etched to create layers of texture using traditional intaglio printmaking techniques. Every aspect of her jewellery is hand made from chains to closures and pinbacks. Jennifer’s focus is on one-of-a-kind pieces and limited varied editions of similar bodied work.
